Important before getting into it: none of this has been officially confirmed by Riot Games. These are rumors and signals circulating after patch 13.05.

What's being rumored

• A “well-loaded” 13.06 patch — that's how Riot described it in earlier comments, suggesting it will be bigger than 13.05.
• Agent progression changes — adjustments to the progression system are reportedly on the way.
• Champions is approaching — the world tournament in Shanghai lands right in the middle of these possible changes.

Why the timing is interesting

If the agent progression changes really do coincide with the run-up to Champions, that would be a curious timing decision — studios usually avoid major changes right before their biggest competitive events, to avoid introducing new variables into the tournament meta.
